Hi, trying to factory reset my iPhone 13, however you mentioned you need to log out of Apple ID but I can’t currently as it’s stuck in recovery mode. If I factory reset without logging out of Apple ID is this going to lock up the phone completely and stop me from getting back in again?

yes, it will be locked and prompt you to enter the Apple ID and password before you can get to the home screen again

That option will delete everything like apps, photos, videos etc. If you want to just delete web browser tabs, history, bookmarks, go to Settings for the browser like Safari and delete it from there
