Fail Montage (300+ deaths) | 50v1 Manor Challenge | Dark Deception v1.9.6

In this video, I show off all my unsuccessful attempts in beating the 50v1 Manor Challenge in Dark Deception.
The idea for this challenge was created in these 2 videos by AngeloPlays (I was more focused on the second video):

This challenge involves beating Zone 2 of Deadly Decadence with 15 Luckys, 15 Hangrys, 3 Mama Bears, 9 Pennys, and 1 Phantom Malak, in addition to the 7 Gold Watchers which spawn in the zone normally.
All powers except Telekinesis are allowed in this challenge. Upgrades are not restricted.
Hiding in secret rooms where enemies cannot reach you is not allowed.
There is no restriction against using the Stun Orb or the Reveal Shard.
All clips shown in this video are chronologically ordered. For instance, the first death in this video was my first actual attempt at the challenge. The last death was the one right before completing the challenge.
Just so you know, each time I died in this video, I had to respawn all the enemies again afterwards, and because I did this manually, this easily became one of the biggest burdens when doing this challenge. I should've set-up a macro or something.
I used a combination of Universal UE4 Unlocker and DD Tool to do this challenge.

I played the v1.9.6 Steam edition of this game.

Malak’s having a field day being able to kill Doug this many times. He’s probably celebrating as we speak.💀 And I mean, good for him. I’m pretty sure he’s technically a single dad. He’s also trying to prevent Bierce and other mortals from getting the ring pieces. He practically has an entire business with the whole deal making thing. So I don’t think he gets much time to himself.

lets be honest, the worst part isn't dying a 300 times, but yes replacing all the enemies used in the challenge, every single time

I always wonder why people categorize vanish as a broken ability when this video shows many situations where vanish made no difference or even made it harder to escape from. Sure, it's strengths are more prominent with other abilities, but that either indicates that the other ability is OP or it just so happens that they had great synergy when alone are pretty average. Sorry for the rant, everyone. It's just that sometimes, I feel like this community doesn't like to think or test before jumping towards conclusions.

Yeah I agree. I wouldn't exactly call Vanish broken either. However, it still is a good power though. I can understand why people would dislike it and call it broken. People have different ideas on what's best for the health of the game. Is it balanced for a power to just let you escape chases and avoid enemy detection for free, or should players be more heavily punished for getting spotted? But I think most of us can agree that Telekinesis is broken, right? However, this 50v1 Manor Challenge is not a very fair way to gauge how good Vanish is because this challenge is very extreme and nothing like normal DD. But I will say that Vanish is incredibly useful for this challenge, maybe even imperative. You've just got to use it differently compared to Primal Fear. For instance, Primal Fear only stuns the enemies around you, so once you start to move away from where you used Primal Fear (which is likely going to happen), you're going to find enemies that weren't affected. Not only that, but using Primal Fear can be risky on its own due to the Trigger Teddies which will kill you if they're near (this got me killed lots of times as you can see in this video). Whereas Vanish doesn't have these problems. You can use Vanish and run away as far as you like, making it very good if you need to get somewhere where the shards are located or you just need to run away to a safer area. Vanish is also useful at preventing the Mama Bears from catching up, hence why in my successful video, you'll see me use Vanish sometimes even when I'm not in any immediate danger. So overall, I feel that Vanish is just as important as Primal Fear in this challenge. However, I can't say the same thing when playing DD normally because the full benefits of using Vanish aren't as prevalent. Except in Bearly Buried. But those are just my thoughts anyway. 🙂 Sorry for the late reply.

They are 2 different enemy's mama bear is not the exploding children that the thing it like saying with no gold watcher there no fake watcher they are 2 different things not 1

I guess it comes down to interpretation. They are indeed 2 separate enemies, but Mama Bear literally spawns in the teddies, so that makes her just as important. However, for the purposes of this video, the deaths from the teddies and the Mama Bears are kept separate, but you could say that all the deaths from the teddies was thanks to the Mama Bears.

Yeah its no Wonder you were constantly blown To bits by the teddies. They were constantly spawned In 3 at a time every 10 seconds or so. Not To mention the random wandering pattern, small size and primal fear activation.

You know what I'll say it since a lot for people won't. I appreciate the fact you probably spent minutes, if not hours doing this challenge. It was a great idea probably the best challenge I've seen in a while. Thanks for the video. Also at 7:00 I shredded you so hard you exploded 🤣 15:29 this was how i felt when that happened 😵‍💫😖😡

@@dark_nurse The 1st attempt was approximately recorded on 3rd December and I beat the challenge on the 14th of this month (January), so it only took about 1 month in total. 🙂 I wasn't playing everyday though, but when I did, I'd have around 15-30 attempts before calling it a day, which was usually 1-2 hours.

Because I don't think Dread Duckies could be spawned in using DD Tool at the time Angelo created this challenge.

Reason you died: *usually* 1. They in corner 2. You Primal Fear them and they block you from getting pass, than malak kill you 3. You used Speed boost and Lucky use Speed boost and outrun you 4. You immediately press primal fear after teleport and died to trigger teddies after teleport 5. You didnt hear trap sound Edit: 13:27 Hmm… 🤔 that sus

Sorry but that's not possible because the mod only allows for certain enemies to be spawned. Not all of them 😥

Its an issue with AI. For instance, Agatha doesnt have her teleport points, dread duckies just flat out cant work, Gold Watchers are kinda werid though. Same with the Nurses @@nexelns5153

I mean think about most of the time when he spawns. Either alone or with a small group of enemies, Without his immunity to powers he would just be a worse murder monkey. @@elitemax4048
