I do seriously hope he wasn't genuinely mad at her, just frustrated with the situation, he did what he thought was needed, didn't think that it wasn't large enough to prevent damage, his little girl did everything she was supposed to do... which was practice her swing.

THIS is how to make a fails compilation. No stupid voice over describing whats happening in the clip, ending the clip right before actual fail, then replaying the whole clip to show what happens, no corny wannabe Americas Funniest Videos voice over jokes, just a good mix of painful, expensive, funny, and borderline-win fails.

Yes that was also my first thought. I helped at the fire brigade for a while. If you fall from such a high you risk breaking your neck. This is particularly dangerous because in that situation you might not even notice it and start moving your head by your self. But moving your head can be extremely dangerous in that situation since a major part of your Nervsystem is locate in your neck. So if you move your head and have a broken neck, you may damage these nerves permanently and at best be unable to move anything except your head from now on or straight away just die. So if you see somebody fall from such a hight tell them to NOT GET UP and NOT MOVE THEIR HEAD and slowly bring them in the recovery position while constantly supporting their head making sure to NOT TILT OR TURN THEIR HEAD and wait until an ambulance arrives. They will have something that I know as a "stiff neck" which is a special piece of plastic put around your neck to ensure that you don't move your head untill they can be sure that you didn't break anything.

He almost "just died" like someone who slams the back of there head on a desk or table coming out after reaching to grab something. He'd have needed to have his neck between the bed and frame to accomplish that. And the bulk of his torso and the tire would have prevented that. Truck beds are large and gangly but still only like 200lbs. I have removed and replaced truck beds alone without lifting tools. His video is great example of why you don't trust lifting things on a floor jack with a 3ft vertical pole. He basically made an even sketchier version of a hi-lift jack aka suicide jack.

These videos are great for looking at the different psychological reactions to accidents. Some laugh, some just look on dispassionately, some panic. It's kind of great. I'm usually one of the "Look at the thing like a disappointed patent, cross my arms, sigh and go sit down to contemplate my life choices for a moment before finding a broom" type of disaster responder. Even when hurting myself badly skating I was the kind of "Just lay down, look at the sky and wait a few moments to calm down before checking if anything is broken" kind of responders.

guardian angels are real man. i was in a head on collision going over 40 mph and it felt like we were going less than 5 mph. car was nearly totalled but my mom and i quite literally felt nothing but a slight jolt from the impact and that was it. there are powers that be that want us alive

It's so great to see people ignore all the things you should do in a potential emergency situation. Like when you slide off a roof and fall 40 ft into a snow bank. The last thing your buddy should try to do is drag you to your feet while the other guy slaps you on the back and tells you "your okay. You're okay!" 😂
