Unfortunately if they are married, the state doesn't have to entertain another man. Even if the woman says that she wasn't faithful. The husband is automatically assumed the father. Some states also have a clause that if you want to get divorced you have to take a pregnancy test and if the delivery of the baby is just a month or two shy of the finalization of the divorce, the ex husband goes on the birth certificate.

The child support is for the mother to USE for her child. The courts assume the mother used it for that purpose. I agree, the system is messed up though. Men shouldn’t be put through false claims that ruin their lives. It’s a hard situation to correct.

What are all these breaks? My husband and I had a serious argument about his disappearing after work in the evening. Caught him at a club dancing with a a woman who could have been my twin. He left and stayed somewhere else. I never thought about looking for another man for many many months. What is the thing with jumping in bed that day or night of the “breakup” or really an argument. We divorced and it was a year or more before I even dated and never slept with any of them until I remarried. What is wrong with these women. Why is it that women think they can tell a man a child is not his, and think it won't affect him? It's about the worst thing you can say if it's not true, and as the Judge says many times, the doubt sown in a man's mind can never be taken back. The only way that a man can remove his doubts is to have a DNA paternity test, and a large number of the cases we see in this court are purely because of these cruel, spiteful and thoughtless statements.
