Double cleansing is not washing your face with micellar water and then with a water based cleanser but it's Washing your face with an oil based cleanser then with a basic water based cleanser. Koreans do this every night to have glowing skin and oil cleansing gently exfoliates your skin too.

You need to watch dermatologists video regarding double cleansing. Yes you need oil based cleanser if you’ve done water proof makeup or sunscreen but otherwise miceller water can be used everyday.
