Doing good things, video production quality is top notch. You should have a TV show, but we are glad to have you on KZfaq! The only thing I'm not a fan of is the walk in closet that you have to access through the bathroom. My personal preference is for the closet to be detached from the bathroom!

I prefer homes with the rear kitchen layout. The main floor layout is really nice!

Rear kitchens with a door to the deck is my preference. Plute Homes has a layout in Potomac Shores with this design.

Great production. Was the price given as i do not see it. What is the deck flooring made of? I never thought to look at townhouses. But these are nice. The Basement level bedroom is great for elderly folks but not all of those stairs.

I live 5 minutes from there. Not worth the price for the tiny basement bedroom, those steep 17 stairs which are not safe for kids. Ugh can’t wait to move out of the fair lakes area even though I love it
