2 time champ...but he played 58 total playoff minutes over 20 games he got into mostly all garbage time like 55 minutes of it was garbage time and he had 5 total points 0 steals made 1 total shot grabbed 12 total rebounds and had 2 total blocks ...so playoff averages during those titles less than .26 ppg .6 rebs .1 blocks 0 steals and surprisingly .2 assists ...he was a 11th man in 2001..a 12th man in 2002...he had a whopping 1.1 total of the 5 stats combined during those titles in 58 minutes lol...most of that being rebs...

Mark is a great guy, he was so laid back and nice, he came up to talk to my cousins and myself when he tried surfing for the first time with his college roomie down in Bolsa Chica years ago. i think hes the perfect 12th man on a title team..no one better to have with his attitude energy involvement even when he isn't playing ...the kind of guy who will put it all out there when needed and practiced his butt off to remain in the nba get better and improve push the stars so they don't get complacent..i still say a reason great teams get upset is they get to comfortable cause everyone is nice in practice not pushing the starters and then when it matters most they look soft and fall apart...hes positive and to me a 12th man doesn't need to have insane talent just be that caring ...mark like many 12th men can become a 9th man type player so its not like you need to find a future 5th man..get the guy with his intangibles if you want a title team...he may not play much but hes valuable in other ways which a 12th man can be...all 12th men just have to have a pulse anyways

That was a good story and cool insight from the Eminem of the Kobe-Shaq Glory Days, Mark Madsen himself. Is Kobe going to be known just as a great basketball for his entire life. What about the next 50 years he is alive? Kobe man what an intense... basketball player... you... were! There goes Kobe gettin' intense again, telling stories about the good ole' days on the court, lookin' like aging musicians playing like they are still in their glory days. I wonder if Kobe still has any present day intensity him, if it isnt on a court playing a sport. Does Kobe have any Heart applicable to life as we are today? Let's see that intensity KObe, where is that Heart? -Kyle
