Жыл бұрынThe Fairmont Empress Hotels is located at 721 Government Street, Victoria, B.C. . We booked a regular room and tried to upgrade to a Gold Room. The check in/upgrade process was terrible but the hotel did take one night's upgrade fee off our bill. We have a King Gold Room (Room 362)
