DoNotEat’s city skylines series sent me here. Absolutely fascinating.

I think there's a nice restaurant now in the Waterworks building. I love to see how things work, love public functions. Many people don't think about these things anymore. This is good in that it works well you don't ponder it, bad in not understanding how crucial municipal functions as fresh water are to a great cities like Philadelphia.
