Hey man, great video! Are you running a pole through the bag or is it resting on the floor? I am looking for a solution in my garage that does not require heavy weight hanging from the ceiling. Standing bags are too unstable. This one seems to meet my requirements if my assumption is correct that the weight is resting on the floor and the hanging mechanism is only there to keep the bag from tipping?

Hello , there is no pole running through it. This bag would be great for what you require. I think it weighs around 150kg approx and it sits well on the ground without it needing to be hung, although you may need to secure it somehow as it does slip from the bottom (even propping some weights behind the bag will stop that). Thanks for the message and I hope my answer helps (excellent bag).

Yes you need to use bigger gloves to protect your hands , plus it’s probably more suited for Thai boxing and Kicking
@Alithegreat19803 жыл бұрын
Hello thanks for the comment . I would suggest you use bigger gloves 14-16oz for any regular heavybag or padwork, you will definitely save your hands and keep them healthy for your workouts. 10oz gloves should be saved for competitions. Give it a try and see how it goes ...
