I was lucky enough to train with PRS and Ganyao for 3 years in Oakland. Thank you for the experience and hospitality.

I was in the 3 o’clock fighter class briefly with Ganyao in the early 2000s and he used to scare the sh out of me! “No! No! You kick like WOMAN”.. then he would show me how to step into it.. 😂.
