He's a dragon slayer and the only person he could learn more of that type of magic from is Igneel who is missing. Erza switches up her armors quite frequently, Lucy continues to get new keys, and Gray has developed a few new Ice Make spells. Natsu might be able to learn some different non dragon-slayer magics but that would take away from his identity as the Fire Dragon Slayer... or I guess that would be the Thunder-Flame Dragon Slayer now.

Erza maybe, but Mystogan was fighting on even terms until Erza distracted him. That being said nearly every anime bs's the main character when it comes to fighting. But when an entire group does it all the damn time it gets old. At least in fairy tail it makes some sense. Magic is supposed to be effected by the will of the one using it. Besides Natsu needed Gajeel's help to defeat Luxas it wasnt him alone. Just like how he needed Gajeel and Wendy to help against Faust or everyone against Hades

@QuimShtank was the dub by FUNimation if that's the case then 12 episodes are all that they had released at that time but 13-24 are out on DVD/Blu-Ray and 25-36 come out this month if you want to see whats in this amv dubbed I suggest buying the DVD/Blu-Ray sets so they license more episodes

I'm well aware of that but the fact remains that he took on 4 Dragon Slayers and all the other strongest members of Fairy Tail like they were a joke. If he had a mind too they wouldn't have even lasted a few seconds against him. Besides where the manga is now its showing that even young dragons a threat to them even after their boost in power, so back when this fight happens they wouldn't be a match for real dragons...
