On Sunday, August 23, 2015 at the 11:00 a.m. worship service, a special marriage proposal took place at First United Methodist Church. During a spirit-filled and inspiring faith story, Trevor Harper dropped to one knee and asked Davis Covin to marry him. The standing ovation, joy, cheers, and tears that followed were felt by everyone in the room.
