Well he firstly actually attempted to pull your IP Address, so back story to this thought when he was connecting and left he was using some sort of sniffer (lanc, wireshark, cain & able) with this he can get your IPV4 (internet protocol version 4 address) and then he can DDoS you. But with that being said he must had been pulling traffic from previous lobbies, that's the reason he wanted a private lobby but due to the previous traffic still showing he couldn't find yours. Now for whatever reason he kept saying "skid" this is usually a term used in the "ddos/coding/hacking" communitys, skid stands for script kiddie and you had never claimed to code or hack (a script kiddie is someone who uses someone elses tools and takes code from others and edits it claiming it to be there's) so he is basically a skid himself. Before I was raided about 12 months ago (for hacking and bomb threats) which I regret and was dumb, I used to make fun of these kids... I highly recommend getting an OVH and asking them to DDoS you and watch in laughter as they fail. Thanks RiotSecurityTeam
