That's what I said, but it is better to stimulate an indoor cat's hunting instinct, then not to. Sometimes people can't take on a second cat, so they have to think of new ways to stimulate and engage with the one they have. My cat is a rescue, he is spoiled beyond words, but I know he could use a feline friend, but we live with my parents temporarily and they don't want two cats. So, I have to do similar things as this, although, I don't try to scare my cat, if it ever happens, it is unintentional. I plan on rescuing a second kitty once we move. ❤
