here is another tip that worked for me and my friends get red pen, get a thin stick that can go inside the red ink, then after that lift the thin stick then try to make slashes on ur hands :>

i remember when i was a little kid, (about 6-8 years old) i would sit in my moms work and get this specific red pen, i would write a line on my hand over and over making it thicker ever time. i thought it looked like a scrape, according to my mom it didn’t 😂

as someone who self-harms, i appreciate this, making it look like I have scars on my body can usually be enough to distract and satisfy me. sometimes it's not the case if I've had a particularly rough time, but in most cases it does, so I appreciate it :) and to anyone who'd use this tutorial for attention and faking that you're cutting, you are genuinely horrible for doing that, you're not cool, you're just shitty.
