I was in a new school where no one gave two shits about me, never talked to me or even a hello. Suddenly one girl found out i might be doing a quince and it was like a switch! The next day everyone was being so kind saying hello and talking to me. I enjoyed it at the moment the popularity and told people how elaborate it was going to be knowing damn well I wasn’t going to let my parents spend money on a quince on fake people. I was moving anyways too so I played my part and then disappeared and I never heard from anyone from that school. They didn’t even bother to get my phone number or email
