Fake Halloween Skull Ice Cream DIY

For this project you will need a cone and skull mold,lightweight spackle,styrofoam balls,craft paint,resin and fake spinkles!

Great video! You can just put different colour spackle into a single piping bag or some people put multiple colours in Saran/cling wrap, role into a sausage, cut one end and pop that into your icing bag if you don’t have any double bags, or different colours in different piping bags that then put all together into one piping bag. Hope this makes sense/helps 😊

These are FAB-BOOLESS!!! Halloween is my favorite Holiday & my favorite Crafting Theme! However, The Haunt Season is The Absolute Busiest Time of year for me! As an EFX-Makeup Artist & Haunted Attraction Actress; I hardly ever see my own home between Mid-September & the 1st Weekend in November! This will be my 23rd Year working in The Haunt Industry! I love it but there's definitely no time for Crafting... So I often Create in Witchy, Ghosty, Creepy-Cute, Spooky, Mystical, Magical, Pastelloween, Halloween Themes all year round! LOL! I miss out on The New Paper Collections that come out each year; Along with all the Goodies that could be used to make Creepy-Cute Ephemera & Super-Spooky Projects in-stores. Every once in a while I'll get Lucky & Score something like A Halloween Paper Pad at The Craft Store for 90%-OFF! (WHICH IS EPIC! LOL!) Either Way, I love EVERYTHING about that time of year! ~🙏💙🙏~

Instead of squirt bottles for your resin "fudge" you could make a parchment paper cone like they do in baking/chocolate making. May give you more precise placement but all you'd be wasting is paper

These came out amazing!!! I never knew you could mix cornstarch with resin??!! That is going to be a game changer for me now thank you!!!! Ok this is funny when your stomach growled it made my dog start growling 😂😂😂 not sure what he thought it was but I got a good chuckle out of it 😂😂!!!! So adorable! Easter, 4th of July, even a bday party theme would be so cute!! Do you think it would be worth inserting a toothpick into the bottom of the skull and then poking the other end into the styrofoam ball inside the ice cream to keep it from slipping off? Or does it not fall off that easily?

Thank you!It doesn’t fall off easily!You could poke a toothpick but I would be just careful not to unglue the two styrofoam balls in the process!

These r sooo pretty..I have to get that 2 bag set!!..is there a reason why u didn’t put the skull head on a stick and press into the “ice cream” and maybe it wouldn’t have a chance to fall over?..I looove the ice cream cones!!!..can’t wait to see the cmas houses this yr!!

@@cheriwhitley8385 Unless you put a toothpick before you pipe the spackle and carefully put it on but then if you have to readjust it could give you a problem.LOL
