But please stop recommending whole wheat bread. Whole grains have lectins in the hulls which are spiky proteins that poke holes in your one-cell thick intestines. Which causes inflammation, immune problems, weight gain in what is termed “Leaky Gut.” Watch Dr. Stephen Gundry videos on this subject please

I'm 68. Been eating healthy since '70's. No soy EVER. I love watching you. Before computers I was at health food stores..reading and reading, book store...more reading.... ( dang, you weren't even around yet Bobby, when the health food stores were AWESOME.) Lost my brother 2 years ago at 67 to diabetes my mother to diabetes my other two brothers have health issues. Me? Well my story is long but I won't bore you. But I will say I didn't go home for the first 3 years of life because of my heart health. My hundred Year old Nana took care of me. When I turned three she couldn't do it anymore LOL and I went home. I had open heart surgery at 16 and when I was 20, my brother who has since passed, showed up at the house looking fantastic. He was eating healthy and introduced me to soy. But I found out how bad it was within a year and within that same year.. he was a fast food junkie. Such a shame. These days with marketing we have to be so careful. I'm grateful that you are doing these videos that tell people what to watch out for. Thank you Bobby.

Thank you for highlighting the corruption in our food industry! Of course our air, water and medicine is also corrupted. The deeper question is why. People need to ask themselves why and look at all the pushes on the kids. It goes much deeper than profit. Because if a manufacture started to manufacture foods and just take all the bad stuff out, people would buy it like crazy. every time there is a company making a good product, it’s bought up by a bigger company and they start poisoning it.

We definitely have different products and rules in the uk (& eu when we were part of it😉) We seem to get easier access to clean products. We have different terms for products also. Your canola oil, here in uk called rapeseed oil, comes from a brassica plant called brassica napus, also called mustard seed oil rape. Organic cold pressed rapeseed oil has a fabulous flavour. Refined oil is heat treated then cleaned. HEAR (high euric acid rapeseed ) is a different product which is used in industry, bio diesel, lubricant & plastics. It’s always fascinating to see what products are on sale in other countries, and Bobby shows us what to avoid 😊xx

Watch his past videos, especially about the chicken. It's not inexpensive making these changes. We only buy pasture raised meat and eggs now. Oh, pro Bobby tip...."cage free" eggs are NOT pasture raised chickens. They're still in big sheds, eating poop and grossly fat, unable to walk in many cases. I highly recommend Siete tortilla chips and churro chips if you can find them. Anyway, good luck on this journey, I promise it's about to get really intense in a fun way, lol

And yes I already sent my daughter one of his videos and I'm hoping that she will actually watch it. She works over 50 hours a week and she needs to have a day off to absorb some of the videos I've sent her. Yes I was planning on watching some more of Bobby's videos today and taking notes. Thanks again Patricia for your feedback. Take good care sincerely Tammie 🙋🏼💞😇🎊💖🎉 p.s. yeah I have to be careful how much processed food I eat because I have No Spleen No gallbladder. So I generally eat whole food. AND when I say that I mean fresh fruit and vegetables, grass-fed beef, organic chicken, nuts and seeds, rice and beans. That kind of thing and I can't eat past two in the afternoon very successfully because my stomach doesn't want anything in there after that time period. (I'm actually going to order the Seed Probiotics that Bobby mentioned that his wife takes. I think my daughter and I both need those.) I guess that's what happens when you have age creeping up also. Well this being my very first video watching of yours I'm so glad you brought up probiotics. My daughter has real issues with going to the bathroom and I believe it's the kind of diet that she has outside of the house. She is a caregiver for a 94-year-old woman and they go out to eat everyday and it's always restaurant food and not always, obviously the best quality. So I'm going to try this seed probiotic and thank you for the 15% off and free shipping. You are my new favorite go to for health information, next to my wonderful Dr Eric Berg and Dr David Williams healthy directions. Dr Berg is new to me just over the last 2 years. But Dr Williams I've been associating with online for 20 years. I like how you are very encouraging. I don't know your name though, what is your name?
