I can tell the Amount of pain he is in and it hurts like hell feeling like this or worse when you lose someone that means the world or most to you. It's sad when they mean more than even your family to you and with fake people everywhere eventually fake smiles come along and depression too. It's not easy living this way especially when your too scared to die but that's all you would want and what would truly make you happy sometimes I think if I got ran over and was able to say my last words and not make it in time I would say, thank you, I can finally rest in peace and be happy that I'm dead. And I would hope there is a next life after all I question life today already anyways

Depression is a weight dragging you down inside this hole that is never ending. There's no way out of this hole and it doesn't take a few sessions of therapy to feel happy again. It takes months, years even. You know you're depressed when you try to find people in the world with the same feeling. That feeling of nothingness.

It's not easy for a dual addiction. Being an addict and having depression, ADD, severe PTSD, anxiety with mild agoraphobia and learning disability is a harder battle. I appreciate that there's music. More so to hear music that I identify with and know that I am not alone.

I wish I could go back and replace my childhood. Sitting in my bedroom all day being too miserable to do anything. Staring at my phone screen only hoping everything would be okay. So many other people would be out,actually loving their childhood the right way while I forced myself to stay inside. I felt fine and now growing older I realize I wasn't fine. There's nothing I can do to change the past,if there was,I'd replace everything. I'd not let myself get to the point where I'm so miserable what all I can do was hide under blankets.

Growing up my dad was an acahollic and he got into fights with my mom and brothers...One of my brothers has completely lost touch with my father, and decided to forget about everything and everyone he loved, while my sister, mom, brother and I are still here in pain that we can't forget...My dad has changed alot and I hope to get to see him after all these years.

Depression, I ain’t scared of the dark anymore, it’s my friend. I pour out my eyes until I hurt, but in the morning, I get ready and put on a smile, and say “I’m good”
