Bought 2 Xm4 from your recommended Store (Cheaper) and the Sony Flagship Store (Expensive), I noticed some slight differences in the package on the Cheaper one, I've also read on Reddit those with the Cheaper XM4 on Lazada has similar hardware on the old XM3s just with the XM4s Interior hardware and Packaging. There are many really good Fake Bose and Sony Noise-cancelling headphones nowadays that you cant considerably tell the difference that much, and the Cheaper one is definitely like the Original from Sony's flagship store in Lazada, but I doubt it's original. What matters is it gets the job done, I'll just give the Cheaper one to my Girlfriend. I'll just assume it i bought an XM3s...

I was about to buy a pair on Amazon for about $248 or some relatively cheap price, but then my debit card was frozen (unlucky timing) and by the time I'd received my new card, the price went up on every website to around $350... Does your headphones support Google assistant? I'm very skeptic about this because Sony did not release a model that does not support Google assistant. What I'm thinking is this is just like airpods copies out there which are really good, but not original.

yes, you can set it up in the Sony App, set the Custom button as the Google assistant button. Trust me its legit :) this isn't some Class A fake just like a lot of airpods out on the market. the noise cancelling feature is pretty dope

Yes, of course it's original - I'm not sure why folks are making an issue out-of-this - SONY is a Japanese company which manufactures internationally just like Apple, Microsoft, Nike, etc. - Sony has a factory in Penang which has been deemed a key manufacturing plant for Sony’s noise-cancelling headphones for the global market...same sh*t w/ Casio's G-SHOCK; they have some models built in Japan while others Made In China or India...wake-up folks 😁

May I know the format of your Serial number/barcode? Original, bar code that ends with (E) or (IN) while a fake headphone generally has a (CH) or (CN) suffix.

Well i thought it was a knockoff at first since its cheaper than the Retail Price on the Local Stores. But it turns out to be Legit Noise Cancelling is Superb = tried it on a Beach full of People with loud music Speakers. (Can't hear a thing their playing) 360 Realty audio is also a nice feature to try although not many music supports it.

You dont need a good phone. The headset will do all the work even with low end phones. You can try subscribing to Music Apps like deezer or spotify as some give those 360 reality effects.

@@WELDER3469 tell you honestly? Ive tried the XM3 and you cant really tell unless your like a Audiophile kind og person. The noise cancelling feature are both awesome. The only feature in XM4 that your gonna miss out is the Sensor.

Better use android phone. Best if sony hi res audio capable. Been using it with my iphone 12 pro and tried to buy a 2nd hand xz premium and I noticed the difference. Maybe it’s subtle for some but for me it’s life changing.

It has the same quality since i bought it no defects. I suggest you buy the black color as the grey color is very prone to stain.

Nope, you're wrong. The reason as to why this product is cheaper is because it's a gray market item, and the fact that the item does not have an after-sale service.

@@winfredgamao8004 You just proved my point, Gray Markets is a market where products are sold by unauthorized dealers of these brands like SONY, these goods are not monitored by Sony, that is the reason why many Counterfeit loved the Gray market as this channels you "MAY" or "MAY NOT" get the real thing. So basically You just pray and hope you got the real thing...You can patronize me all you want just to justify that you bought something you are not 100% sure if it's the real thing. If you spent 13,000 pesos on something you are not sure if it's real, I bet you would convince yourself to the best of your abilities that the packaging, the product quality are the same as the genuine ones just to justify how you spent your money on that thing just so you can save a few bucks.

@@olgoat6460 I apologize. I was mistaken to use the term Gray Market item when it was supposed to be a Grey product. Which is the case for this one. And mind you that grey products are indeed authentic and not a counterfeit good. PS. I went to reddit to check your reference that you said and found no such threads.

According to you? some KZfaqr? to the dealers in the Gray Market? how the Packaging look and material looks and feels? I remembered it was a few months back, then hours later it was gone, that's the reason I bought from the authorized and the unauthorized dealers and check before buying 5 of them as gifts. But who cares, if you think it's legit, sounds legit, feels legit, I guess it's legit right?
