They where never making a game till last month they threw together some assets and tried to be like "see we totally have a game" but the houses pack only came out a month ago so their "game" is only been being developed for a month if that 90% of their "gameplay" video was made within the last month

Bro, you shouldn't copyright a videogame... Everytime you change a single letter of your code, the copyright won't apply ANYMORE... What it's done in videogames or programs is to register your brand and then linked it to that game/app. The things u CREATE, like a picture, video, music, videogames, apps, etc. ARE AUTOMATICALLY YOURS. The simple act of putting your brand on it, is to say "hey, this is mine, don't mess with me". You DON'T NEED to register a videogame. You can still sue others if they plagiarize your work. Neither you have to register a name, You just need to prove that you were using it for a long time... E.g. Electronic Arts... The brand is "EA", but there are also "EA Games", "EA Sports", "SIMS", "Battlefield", etc. All those have the "TM" symbol, to prove they are theirs, but the "TM" means that's not registered... If u try to register them, u won't be able to, because they were using them and they are part of their identity...

I haven't played Divison in years but as soon as I saw the gates, Division came to mind immediately. If people can spot that in an instant then they are doing a horrible job on their game and not even trying to make it their own. Unfortunately, these devs do not care even with all the feedback they are getting. Honestly, it feels a bit insulting they think us gamers are idiots and believe they think we can fall for their BS they are doing.

@@CultivatedBunny there is no game there are only shitty abandonware games and even shittier apps they want to sell , day before is a hype machine to sell other things its obviously an impossible game imagine thinking you could just add snowrunner into the division 2 sure cars would be great but that game would never handle it or else there would already be cars in it , people seem to thing anything is possible in games but there's a reason gta 5 dont have full space simulation , or the reason games like elite dangerous can barely handle walking around on ground in tiny settlements , you'll never see a city like Courant in game it couldn't handle it , you can't go to the moon in gta because they didn't add it its because they CANT add it

Not strikingly it IS snowrunner, ive got thousands of hours into that game and I know its physics when I see them , if they had to climb a hill I would have been 100% sooner but its definitely just them playing snowrunner on a modded map with moded cars then cut and spliced into the rest of the footage in edit , snowrunner you can't get out of your truck but they expect you to believe they could have added a second game in there so you can get out of your truck and hunt deer and shit would be cool but not possible , you can't just combine 3 4 or 5 games worth of mechanics into one game , be like adding a space sim to gta5 can't happen just needs to be a separate game. If you knew anything about how games work or are made you'd know day before could have never been possible Especially by a team of 3 guys who have abandoned everything they've ever touched

That's the first thing I noticed when they released the video footage. The first reveal video looked really close to The Division. The vehicle one looked like Snowrunner. Even the title isn't original (excluding the calendar app), "The Day After" is a 1980's film. The Day Before ... we postpone again.

Spoilers the company is no longer making any games and won’t further develop the day before. But the servers are still running and the game can be bought for early release yet it’s no longer being developed. Fun times.

The game was supposed to be released last month I think but they say it has to be delayed because they didn't have the name copywrited and someone swooped in and copywrited it before they did. So when they tried to launch on steam the guy went after them and steam shut their launch down. So the game was delayed 10 months. I think they have alot more that they've been stealing and reusing for themselves.

I hope one good thing comes from all this - Ubisoft realising that a blend of upgraded systems and assets from their games could be a brilliant survival experience from them * The Division (Survival aspects, scavving for gear, dangerous weather system, dark zone vibes areas, abandoned city like settings, etc), * The Division 2 (Gear, vertical gameplay, vegetation reclaiming the city) * Both Tom Clancy's Wildlands and Breakpoint (Stealth elements, shooting, vehicles, freedom/customisation, control of playstyle, multiple areas to explore, etc) A cohesive story being pieced together without locking you in and multiple sandbox maps to explore (with open road journeys between them) would be really something

I bought it and it has a lot of potential, but it's not ready for release yet. It's crazy hard to squad up in the same server because at least one of you is going to hit a connection issue. Then despite that the servers were dead. Not just devoid of players, but damn near devoid of zombies too. Then the only extract you can run and take a backpack with you is literally like a 10 minute run north of the city. It's crazy. I had a bit of fun, but ended up refunding it until it gets better. Definitely not worth $40 right now at all.

The Day Before is obviously fake. It's now nearing mid November 2023 and it hasn't been released. It's now "releasing" on 7th December.

No surprise here. Just look at the developers previous work and they have only released one game that was finished. Everything else they have worked on has been scrapped halfway through development.

My breath is not held, the only thing missing to make this a scandal would be if it had been a kickstarter, but it has taken no money from gamers themselves. I know this, it is now August 2023, if a November release happens no beta this close to release means a disaster release but since Nov 2023 wont happen it doesnt matter.
