How to spot fake Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal perfume
The smell of the fake perfume is very similar and persists for 1 hour, besides the original Scandal perfume which lasts up to 48 hours on clothes.
The original Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal perfume costs 90 euros, the fake price is between 20-50 euros.
The fake Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal perfume is present in two variants
- The box is rectangular
- Cylindrical box
The fake perfume box has a darker velvet to brown color, compared to the original box which has a lighter color to pink.
The opening of the box is not seen in the original perfume, compared to the fake perfume that has a visible opening ... see in the video.
The original Jean Paul Gaultier perfume bottle has the larger SCANDAL text on a whiter font, compared to the fake bottle which has the smaller SCANDAL text on a silver font.
The serial number engraved on the bottom of the bottle must be identical to the number on the bottom of the box, if this safety element is not fulfilled, then you are dealing with a fake perfume.

Does it smell good? You know fake fragrances only change the fact they don't come from the same production conveyor and are thus marketed up to 50% unde the original price, but have the very same aroma and durability?

@@XploreAge I bought one for the first time and I just found out with this video that it is fake tho I bought it because it smells so good. It lasted on my skin for the whole day, i even tried to remove it thru wet wipes but the scent is still there. I hope to have the original next time yaaay

I bought one in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. The lady promised it was genuine. But according to this video the box is fake and the bottle looks genuine. None the wiser. 😆

I bought mine from a local store and I think it's real. However, the fragrance does not last.. And what caught my eye the most was the fact that the paint on the cap and legs has cracked off on some parts. Is that normal for the real scandal? I don't know what to think... I have scandal by night and this has never happened to it and it lasts days on my clothes.

an original perfume scandal smells very strong... you can send me some pictures on my facebook page fakecip... the box and the bottle should not be original... and the juice should be fake... it is practiced nowadays

It happened the same to me. I bought the 30ml fragrance and the paint on the cap cracked. The scent is very strong, but only last for 2~3 hours and doesn't project for more than an hour. It looks real, but now I'm not really sure

Hi! Is it possible to use the packaging of an original perfume, but the liquid is fake? I ask this because of the batch code! Thank you for the tip! Results are in: 540grams. That would not be a genuine :( gutted, paid so much for it from a renowned online perfume store here, now I'll only get a credit note. Authorities won't do much here and the store will keep insisting on its authenticity 😬

vi um vídeo do MC don juan sobre recebidos de uma loja chamada Bali Perfumes, rapidamente aparece no vídeo uma lata do que parece ser do Scandal feminino onde impresso nela tem o desenho do perfume, nunca vi em nenhuma embalagem em lata a impressão que não seja nome do perfume e perfumista, fiquei intrigada.
