@@FalconFXTrading One thing that really stood out to me is the schedule and how you mentioned to wake up and do some other things rather than immediately check the charts to mitigate or see how your positions are running either in drawdown or in profit because for me, the first thing I do is check the charts to see if I am able to mitigate because in the past when I did not do that I have missed the opportunity to mitigate and then I took a full L instead of taking a partial L and I knew I had control over that which was just checking the charts first thing so it has kind of instilled that habit because of past experience. I do find it hard to understand to not check the charts first thing because your #1 job as a trader is to manage risk so if you fail at doing that on a position, have you not failed at your job in a sense? Currently I also basically wake up almost every two hours through the night to check if I need to mitigate my stop loss or do something about the risk. But I know like you say Mark, it is better to wake up and for example lets say go over your affirmations first thing, stretch etc and then have a look at the charts. Again it is just so hard mentally to wake up and see you got taken out at full SL but you could have mitigated your risk if you checked your charts first thing first or through the night.

@@FalconFXTrading And on the same note, I have also missed trades where I do not check them through the night or first thing in the morning and then by weeks end those were the plays that would have been the winning trades which would have made it a positive week but the trades I took were L's or break evens or there was no trades other than the ones I missed.
