1. Learn English 2. Well read person Clarity Write and speak well 3. Be up to date(relevant judgements) 4. Parkinson's law(the more the work better the performance) 5. Know everything related to it(both relevant and irrelevant) 6. Reflect on your topic 7. Never mislead the Court 8. Never say bear with me Never overprice your value Be lowkey in Court(first 30 years) No rhetoric or exaggeration Be serious minded in Courts Understand the judges Only say stories against you 9. One may be very angry and very wrong 10. Dog dont eat dog

10) Don't quarrels with your opponents 11) proper calling of judges, justices, Senior Law officers according to their rank & respect 12) Always be respectful towards the Judges & Justices, Always give dignity to judicial officers bcz Judicial system works on a mutual respect relationship between bar and bench, 13) don't criticise the judge, outside the court & even Much speaking lawyer is broken drum Talk less reflect more

It was a great pleasure and blessed to a great tips to be followed by a lawyer as adviced by a senior and celebrated advocate of India, definitely I will follow his advice by reading and improve my english language. Kindly please encourage women Avocates because this is what I personally lack opportunities in my inlaws house being gone to Avocates family with much hopes. Thank you for uploading such a wonderful speech.

Very great advise with appropriate examples and in appealing voice which touches not only to brain but heart also. I am watching this clip on several occasions when I get disturbed in court. It gives me energy to stand again.

It was a great experience to hear from one of the great jurists in India. We are proud that the roots of this great legend are in Kerala. His was an inspiring speech, full of wisdom, one from an experienced jurist really helped to learn about the various incidents of the court not only in India, but also in international courts. Very much indebted to this great lawyer of the Apex Court. M. D. Madan Mohan Advocate, Trivandrum.

English , updated with case laws, parkison law more work more , more envolve more maza , no to salary , prepare facts and see all type of qs , take time to reflect after case is prepare , 24 h cases should be always in mind, dont give overrule case, dont quaral with your opponents, dont critize the judge

B N Rao simply presented the draft of constitution in parliament for debate drafted by Dr BR Ambedkar . Rao had limited understanding of constitution principles. Rao spent his holidays in USA during drafting of Indian Constitution . Rao was less qualified compared to Dr Ambedkar .
