If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

Te recomiendo usar audifonos cuando escuches meditaciones para dormir, a mi me funciona mejor a los 10 minutos ya estoy dormida.

My life changed a year ago this month. Had 2 strokes, had to give up my place and move in with my parents. Had heart surgery last Dec to plug a hole in my heart. Have no privacy here at home. Been alone since my divorce in 2013. I also don't feel like a Mom. I don't see or hear from my 2 adult sons. They get in contact with me when they feel like it. And we are 20 minutes away from each other. I have no friends to hang out with. Sometimes I wish something bad would of happened during my surgery. I have no one to talk to about what's bothering me. I could go on, but I think I'll stop talking. Thank You for whoever reads this.
