Look into a neck traction device for over the door. You sit in a chair with your head in a “harness” with a small weighted bag of water hanging from the door. You control how much the bag weighs by adding or removing water. It stretches your cervical(neck) area and helps it realign and releases tension.

Those always turn out to be hilarious, and even more when you do it the way Flavia described it. Sara Hopkins and her hubby Robby did it the same way where he dubbed his voice over her talking and it turned out like a long tik tok with her speaking with his voice 🤪Blessings to you and your family 🥰

Yes, I love it. Those sunglasses look so cute on you! By the way, are you still gonna convince your fiancé to do your voiceover for a makeup tutorial? I think that would be so funny, like how Liza Koshy did it with David. It would be so funny to see his narration and you talking (lip syncing) his voice 😂🤣

I've tried it, not a fan of it but I have a recipe that I have created as a bit of a dupe- Coffee concentrate (.5 part), maple syrup (.5 part) and milk of choice (mine is cow's milk at 3 parts) so for 8 Oz serving it ends up being 1 Oz concentrate, 1 Oz maple syrup and 6 Oz milk. To me it tastes better than the one at Starbucks and is proportionally cheaper considering the ingredients.

Hello Kacey, I just watch this video from you and you told that you have problems with neck pain. Just go to a pinoy store/toko and ask for Omega ointment. This help 100% for sure. It's cost only a couple of dollars and working perfect. Regards from The Netherlands.
