Hi Kailyn! So you are my neighbor....I'm in Wisconsin. Guess we share our weather....very rainy and cold this upcoming weekend! Your Fall home tour was beautiful! Everything very cohesive and cozy for the season! I also like to start a little early with Christmas....at least the perimeter rooms as I only have one day off a week and it's just too hard to get it all done without feeling very overwhelmed. I also decorate my studio and then have staff/clients to buy gifts for so it can be a lot! I've also started a little of my Christmas shopping. I probably will begin to separate boxes of decor and get the ones I will use first pulled out and start the last weekend of October. I keep the main living area fall for Thanksgiving but then the day after I'm using those three days to complete the rest of the decorating. Depending on time, the tree is the next to go up with the porch (depending on weather). I do like to take my time because I do want to enjoy the season and not feel like I can't catch my breath. Like you I decorate every room so it is a lot, but so beautiful when it is done!

Awh man! I just got back from Gatlinburg! We live in Tennessee but on the other side of the state. We love the mountains. It's our happy place! 🥰 My son had fall break from preschool last week so we went a bit earlier than normal. Your home is absolutely beautiful. I have been following you since the pandemic, and I love your decor aesthetic! It’s not too overdone just so cozy and beautiful! And your beautiful son and beautiful sweet little daughter! The Lord gave us 3 beautiful daughters and now we have 4 wonderful grandsons, oh what a difference they are! We just can’t seem to get together like we used to, oldest grandson is a sophomore in college and the other 3 are juniors in high school! Both of our daughters had their babies on the same day, a set of twins at one hospital and another little boy at another hospital, it was definitely a crazy time! I thank the Lord every day for our family and our youngest daughter who is now in Heaven !

Im reading a daily bible related little book, called “Jesus Calling,” by Sarah Young. It has helped me so much. There’s a page for every day of the year. Love it!
