This is a nice little cottage--love the front porch, inside living/seating area and the big, gorgeous windows. For safety reasons, I think it needs a second door. Also, those bar stools look very uncomfortable. I would eliminate the "bar" and just put a small table with 2 chairs there.

I could definitely see myself, or my guests, in this. One simple change I know I'd maker... I'd to have the refrigerator doors open towards the outer wall. It's too small of a a kitchen to have them open towards the stove. If I were living there vs using it for occassional guests, I'd add a stackable washer/dryer.

Put window where pictures are in bedroom and put a stackable washer/dryer where the window was at the foot of the bed in a closet with bi-fold doors instead of desk being there. Only place I see where a washer/dryer can be placed in a house this tiny, but definitely needed.

What's the point of these tiny house presentations when people comment asking about info,prices and plans they never get an answer.

grosse erreur de conception comme toujours! la cuisine est éloignée de la salle de bain. La salle de bain devrait se trouver juste derrière le mur de la cuisine en déplaçant l'évier de dessous la fenêtre au mur contigu et les points d'eau de la salle de bain en continuité du mur de l'evier. Pourquoi? pour deux raison. 1-plus le réseau d'eau est long, plus vous augmentez les dégâts des eaux en cas de fuite. Ici toutes les pièces peuvent être impactée par une fuite. alors que si l'arrivée d'eau arrive au mur de tous les points d'eau, c'est à dire évier, toilettes, douche et lavabo, si il y a une fuite les dégâts seront minimes, voir inexistant. 2- pour une évidence économique plus vous mettez de tuyauterie arrivée ou d'évacuation d'eau et plus cela vous coutera cher. ici des tuyaux doivent circuler un peu partout sous la maison ou le long des murs. en plaçant la salle de bain dans la lignée de la cuisine vous avez au plus une 1/2 douzaine de mètres de tuyau . En plus en allignant la salle de bain et la cuisine vous gagnez de la place puisque le renfoncement pour les deux portes disparait et donc vous donnez plus d'espace à la chambre . L'important dans ce genre de petite habitation, c'est de donner un maximum d'espace tout en étant hyper fonctionnelle.

@@avnstudio93 Thanks, but I watch a lot of your videos and this error is constant. The interior design of existing bungalow fascinates me. and we often see this error of positioning parts for aesthetics when the primary concept must be practical. a recess with two doors is to be banned in the design of a house plan: a lot of materials therefore an additional blow and an obvious loss of space. So it's true that if you start applying this kind of imperative, the plans will look the same. In general an area of 36 to 50m², it is a wall that separates the bungalow, we place the kitchen, we place behind the bathroom and this determines the sleeping area and the living area. after all it's a matter of home staging...
