In no way I am a medical professional or a general practitioner, I just wanted to share a message to you if you’re keen on reducing fear worry and or anxiety, we ruminate in our thoughts because of a modern day world and societal pressures and issues amoung us , instead of lifting each other up we focus on negatives and wonder what is wrong with people or why we don’t match up to someone else’s standards? 😕🤔 why do we do this? Why ? Because we are human , we are hardwired to compare ourselves to the next best thing , we objectify each other regardless of personal views or beliefs in an attempt to further our own success with disregard to those around us . Anxiety stems from the mind, thus the mind is the cause of all stress and grief in our life, by changing our thought patterns and way of thought processing we can greatly improve our mental well-being and happiness☀️ to do so simply follow these 4 easy steps to living a stress and anxiety free life, 1- don’t compare yourself to others , you are extremely unique in your own way which is incomparable to other people and will only cause self doubt and worry resulting in low self esteem. 2- instead of listening to negetive thoughts , train your brain to turn them into Positive Thoughts , example “I’m too lazy and fat to go to the gym” 🚫 - “I will make time to go to the gym as I’m really adamant on bettering my health and will do so at the right time where I feel motivated and ready!” 3- spend time alone to reflect wether it be writing in a diary or doing a daily planner, independent time is just as important as your social interactions as it gives your mind time to reset and cleanse the toxic thoughts and energies away. 4-find a passion, tarot cards and oracle decks , yoga and meditation, cooking and health foods, whatever it is, make sure your passion is helping you not only spiritually and mentally but physically too so no drugs, no alcohol related activities, strive to do something daily or weekly that brings you peace and happiness ! You’re welcome 🌊🔮💋💓
