Psychedelics dissolved 10years of my depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts in 10 minutes for me. When I opened my eyes I came back as a different me. All trauma has been dissolved before my very eyes. I understood what love and understanding truly meant and 9 months on, I've never experienced any of the depression and anxiety that plagued my existence beforehand. I saw every path that everyone had ever taken and why. It is the most profound experience of my life. Just my experience.

I've done psychedelic shrooms multiple times and trust me it's eye opener best decision of my life, where i live we have shroom dispensary's popping up. But all honesty it's not for everyone but would recommend to those who are depressed and need a new outlook on life. Just remember set and setting and make sure your in a good mindset before taking shrooms and have a trip sitter. There is some risks but nothing compared to hard drugs you'll find on the streets.

I struggle with autism, and preparing correctly as well as working very quickly and staying focused. Meditate and picture GOOD memories and what you would be doing right now. He is with you when you allow full meditation and relaxation- put this music on and picture him doing daily tasks with you, smiling. Then sitting in the grass full of sunflowers 🌻 all around you as you watch the clouds. You can connect with him. Youre powerful and where ever he is he will feel it and experience it from his dimension. I promise just do it ❤️

I make a lot of mistakes I can’t forgive myself I can’t help but feel the world would be a little bit better off without me I’ve gotten myself into the position I’m in at this point in my life and I can’t change it I can’t move forward because the old me is present wether I want him to be or not I’m struggling so bad I just hope my savior Jesus Christ will rescue and if he can’t I hope he forgives me for all the wrong I’ve done to the people who didn’t deserve it especially myself how long will I hate myself before I can live with myself how long will I feel myself suffer before I let my psyche win I have so many questions and there’s no answers for anything that doesn’t involve someone else’s experience I’m so weak I wish life was easier and I don’t even have it all bad I’ve become regretful after once being so grateful I can’t help but think there is no redemption for the imperfect impervious to doing better there’s only sorrow and suffering and that’s just it I can’t help but think I wish I didn’t have to anymore I’m not fit for this world :/ and no one is going to care about me or this comment I just want to be normal happy and unworried growing up my father raised me on his generations music Michael Jackson Stevie wonder billy Joel bob Marley the Beatles Elton John Elvis Johnny cash but the one thing from any of the music that my father raised me on wether I named the artist or not is a lyric most people know without knowing the song the Ilyrics from billy Joel “only the good die young” I tell myself this all the time and it really seems true after losing a nephew at 13 who had the biggest heart and was the sweetest most noble person I’ve ever known losing him to brain cancer and now his youngest brother of 3 is facing the same they were kids they couldn’t have done a single thing to deserve it why do I get to be here and experience a life they never are they on to bigger and better things in an afterlife am I left here to suffer if the good die young I’m a real demon and I’m meant to roam till I’m damned this keeps me thinking I’m un redeemable I’ve done chosen to do more wrong than good with my life even at 29 there’s no hope for me why can’t I love myself and life laid out before me I’m expected to be a man and I don’t know how to be if I can’t move on from these things weighing me down holding me back I’ll never be respected as a man I’m not respectable period I just want to be fully alive and embraced but I’m alone and withering away I highly doubt age will claim me and that’s scarier than anything considering I’ve been alive 29 years and I can’t teach myself how to be better than I was or am help isn’t coming only hell and I don’t want to be around for any of it I don’t deserve help I deserve to be exactly where I am and i can’t accept it or make it better only worse no matter how hard I try to whoever reads this till the end thank you for listening we are all suffering I just can’t cope and deal with it, I hope anyone that reads my comment feels a little bit better about themselves because even this whole rant made me question what am I even still doing here

Just remember that we are only human and we screw up, sometimes big but keep moving forward and leave the past where it belongs. Just like the rear view mirror is much smaller than the front windshield meaning the past is behind you where it belongs and ahead of you the bigger window for looking forward. Try to live in the moment and focus on the positive changes you are going to make, good luck and take good care, William.

As I read this aloud, in the bathroom stall at Walmart Supercenter, music playing over Walmart radio, people in stalls next to me, either side of me~ (Hey God! Philippians 4:13! Even though,you feel that you are in the worst part in your life, God will always do anything to calm down your pain Everything is for a reason When I hear this type of music I can sleep so fast but memories of past are coming to me So many I have reflections about this world I have a hope about this world too I dream about these days when we all meet up there and we don't feel any pain We laugh and talk to each other Nobody hates Something about that exists if some people like me have special gifts and can communicate with souls of our family members and friends I understood that having anger inside doesn't bring anything but worsening energy around us When we are happy no matter what ( our energy goes around us and people feel that ) People be happy if you still can smile ( have two hands And legs)

I've only had this feeling 3 times in my life of being out of control I wake up feeling so ill in a state of compete panic I walk for hours trying to gain my head in a state of normality .it's hard to describe the feeling I hope others get comfort from this music it helps to clear the mind ❤❤❤
