They aren't over cooked just more bark than some people like. She could have went 15 mins on the last cook and people would be happy. The bark doesn't mean burnt just cause this beautiful woman is cooking better than most men can. I'd be happy to have a girl who knows how to handle her meat on a grill or smoker

Good method. After you wrap them all you need is a heat source so if your kitchen has an electric oven put them in that and save your propane for the next cook.

@brianhallman5168
@brianhallman5168 10 ай бұрын
You don't need 5 hours. Go 275 for 90 minutes. Wrap in foil with butter, honey and brown sugar and do 90 more minutes and they are done. You can technically put some sauce on and throw them back on outside the foil if you want to caramelize the glaze. But usually you can get them done in 3 hours at that temp
@jaymass1178
@jaymass1178 10 ай бұрын

@brianhallman5168
@brianhallman5168 10 ай бұрын
@jaymass1178 I'm guessing you're single and no kids? Not talking shit just wondering. Because if you had a family you would do that more than once preparing food for everyone. Just go buy a pellet smoker, plug it in, set the temp and walk away. You can literally do shit around the house, watch a movie, anything then come back and it'll be done. Not too complicated

@jaymass1178 and you don't need a traeger like most people like for like 800-1,000$. I have a pit boss for when I don't want to spend all day outside smoking meat and I think I got the biggest one for around 399. It's fool proof, my wife can't cook and she can use it.
