Slowly heighten the contrast with the dance workout so you figure out when it is. Snapshots that flow into each other. Kids running in the background, pan to random kicked-out cousin staying in the garage failing to medidate, pan to husband delivery driving and scrubbing his hands every time he gets back in the car who touches a pic of his dad in the car, pan to dad in the hospital videocalling with mom, pan to nurse getting home and puts on the workout while she eats food delivery. But the nurse gets home, and home, and home, and it's snippets of different workouts until we're in present day. And the apocolypse is still going.
