Right? I remember the first time I got a deep enough (and sharp enough) edge to make that satisfying crunch sound, and I was like, "Wait, I can do that too?!"

@@mn_ice It's being filmed by a pro skater that knows the routine and knows how to make magical happen. This camera work should be a new competitive sport.

Back in the 70s my family would go to Rockefeller Center to see the Christmas tree. We couldn't afford to go skating and I wanted to so badly. It's still on my bucket list even though I'm almost 60 and have a myriad of health conditions. 😎

This is literally one of my favorite KZfaq videos - I don't know how many times I've watched this. Johanna Allik you are a GORGEOUS and absolutely unique skater (liken to Yuna Kim) in that you put feeling and expression into your skating that translates beautifully! AND - beautiful videography!!!!!!

Jordan, please pop a camera onto a skaters forehead so we can experience it vicariously. I trained professionally as a little girl. Unfortunately, my mother didn't have the stamina and commitment necessary to keep up with the requirements. I did skate every winter day on the local ice and roller skated every week when there was no ice. I miss it and your videos bring it back like I never stopped. Thank you. Joining Patreon today. It really is a matter of personal taste .. your artistry detracts from the skating for me but this is again is just a matter of personal taste.
