To do the menos build u need to reach lv 30 with menos then u start respawning as menos to go from lv 20 to lv 30 without evolving get a friend to join you use stomp to damage hollows then have ur friend kill those hollows because u didnt get the kill it wont fill adjucha kill bar but will give XP do this to lv 30 then u can farm solo to reset bar get a player to kill u or die to the fire pit in heuco behind the time gate do not let kill bar fill up or u will become an adjucha
