Yes, you are right. This time 2 years I had a severe mental breakdown, around this time one year ago, I was still in a very very bad place begging God to help me out of this hell. Sure, I am not fully healed but I am SO much better today, I love you all, do not ever give up! Ever!

Here's wishing you a speedy recovery! Don't know how much energy you have, but if you're looking for some mild activities to pass the time (while listening to soothing videos), perhaps think about sorting through old photos and letters, or just weeding through a pile of old bills or junk mail you can shred when you're back on your feet (I keep a bag set aside for future trips to Staples for shredding - they often have coupons too! - or offload it into the shred bin at work!) I always feel so much lighter after I complete little rando but productive tasks!

I am blessed in many ways.My wife and I have difficult pain conditions and it makes relationships strained.Most of the time i dont notice the pain but i find it hard to sleep lately with the pain and stress.Peaceful sleep and peace in life is everything
