Heartbreaking fact here..... Ronnie explained on twitch that he wrote this song about himself. It has nothing to do with a female. The female merely represents his addiction. In the beginning he says he drags his coffin around just incase he basically causes his own demise. It really makes sense at the end because he is basically screaming at himself saying "can't you see you are the drug inside yourself and you are damaging yourself" he wrote im not a vampire album in prison and I believe this version is the version he really ment to write but instead made it something fun because ronnie was always electric and sporadic. Great reaction.
