Hi - Once I've created the falling text using your method but now I would like to have the text rewind back into the beginning position - how can I do this using rigid body? is it possible??

I think with rigid body it's not possible since rigid body property has gravity acting upon... But you can get that kind of effect just by reversing the output video that you got after final render in Editing Application like premier pro...
