You're not sure if you should be offended? Which culture is she appropriating then? Chinese or Asian? Isn't China in Asia? Fashion is forever evolving, culture merges from different parts of the world. We live in a globalized society where you can wear whatever you like. She's not hurting anyone. If you're not sure if you should be offended on someone else's behalf, if they're not actually hurt, you probably shouldn't be.
