I'd be down to watch more shows from his house if it means his kids get a little more time with him. Like, I want the show back, but if they chose to do one remote show a week to let people have a little more down time I'd be cool with that. This takes much less effort to produce and I love seeing the kids more than we ever have.

This is why everyone always feels so comfortable on his show. Even BTS who dislike pretty much every American talk show love Jimmy Fallon. He just makes everyone feel at home and part of the family. His daughter ran in and instead of dismissing her, he involved her in his work, this is so nice to see.

Ciara said it perfectly. "It's the New Norm". When referring to Jimmy's daughter coming in and supposedly interrupting their interview. And it was beautiful as she said it with such joy and acceptance. We are shifting to a world where Connection, Family, Love...these are our Primary Reasons and weigh more than work or money. Family isn't as separate from Work as it once was. This shift in our world has pushed us to focus on what's truly important; make changes and alter our perceptions. Yes! Connection. 💜

All of the celebrities light up in such a different way when talking about their kids, or when their kids are on camera. It's just so nice to see as opposed to constant promotion, answering the same old questions about their career or shows/movies/teams etc. I love seeing them get to support their favorite causes, talk about their families, show off their kids. Definitely feels great to be able to connect with celebrities we look up to on this level!

I don't think children should be made to feel like less of a person and I think the "speak when you're spoken to" approach that used to be the norm could very well do that. On the other hand manners and discipline have gone by the wayside in many homes and it shows. My husband and I have raised our daughter to feel important and equal, but she also knows she's expected to be respectful.

I love how all of them handled the interruption, especially Jimmy. Instead of getting annoyed or telling her sorry daddy's working right now, he let her have her little moment to tell everyone that she lost her tooth. And Ciara showing that she didn't mind Winnie interrupting and was happy for her by chiming in with her own story about her sons lost tooth. Awesome!

Seriously this interview put a BIG smile on my face and in my spirit! It really did so sweet the energy was so warm and kind happy and friendly. I felt that big time. Good quick little interview very nice.
