Vicki Kennard I enjoyed the Late Show with Jimmy every night and was excited when he moved to the earlier time slot. (Leno was dull.) For some reason the subject matter is much more vanilla and repetitive now and not nearly as funny as the previous show.

Russians actually started investing money into the region, raised salaries for state workers and pensions for retired people. Bought equipment for hospitals etc. Ukraine was/IS so broke they were just letting the region go to waste. And on top of it why is Crimea Ukrainian, please let me know??? The transfer of the Crimean Oblast in 1954 was an administrative action of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union which transferred the government of the Crimean Peninsula from the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic to the Ukrainian SSR. Why should they care what Khrushchev did did in 1954 when it was one country??? Since no Soviet Union, all of this is void. Crimea should have gone back to Russia in 1991 after the dissolution of the USSR . END OF STORY

first of all. No hate for the video, It is quite funny, but the facts are wrong and highly based on stereotypes. Russia never invaded Ukraine, and they never forced the majority of the crimians to be part of russia on the first day of the voting, 95 percent of crimia allready voted to go back into Russia. If you call that invasion, then your wrong. Either way pretty funny. Just wanted to inform people of the truth so incorrect rumors don't spread cuz the US government ussualy lies to their citizens just like about 911 or the war in Iraq or afganastan.

And, in turn, your post is lacking all context. The 95% figure you speak was from a Russian referendum that was heavily biased (and lacked a right of refusal, which means it's not even a proper referendum), was implemented while Russian troops occupied the area, and was heavily boycotted by the Crimean people. You could institute a poll that asks "is water wet?" and you wouldn't get 95% agreement. Anyone who thinks that poll is legitimate is pushing an agenda awfully hard.
