+TheKelmap Ghouls are actually healed by radiation, and I'm not sure exactly what makes a ghoul go feral, but I'm pretty sure it'd take more than this to turn one.

Ghouls are healed by radiation however its a double edge sword to say the least, Exccessive radiation will turn them feral and right now going into the purifier will give you a excessive amount of radiation that will kill you and even seems to annoy fawkes (aka apart of a species that having radiation HURT Them would be a extensive task to perform) You can find this out by speaking to various ghouls across the games such as the NCR ghoul in FNV at camp searchlight, Who states that he will turn into a ghoul if he exits

Not all Ghouls go Feral. Its your genetics that determine that. Does no one pay attention to the loading screens?

@Skully1 I think I've clocked over 600 hours in NV alone hahaha. I still think 3 is much better. I don't like NV's ambience, it feels more like a cowboy game with some post apocalyptic stuff in it. Whereas FO3 to me felt exactly like what a post apocalyptic game should feel.
