I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that doesn't care about T-60 breaking the lore and only care about how cool it looks

Wow this is exactly how I got my T-60 in my first/main play through, And that helped me so much until I decided to find a X-01 set, But I will say to anybody at this point in the game. It is so worth your time getting that suit from that knight.

Thank you for posting. This is a good guide. I didn't know there was a scripted event right after the quest (Reunions, I think it's called). However, if you miss this event, you can still be on the lookout for fights between super mutants and the BOS. I find that fights often break out at the Revere Satellite Array in the Northeast section near the coast, and since the super mutants are very strong there, even knights in T60 armour get wiped out pretty fast. Playing on Survival, I found it very dangerous as I would get dragged into the fight, with mutant hounds coming after me and raiders in the area.

Or you could've helped out Paladin Danse earlier, gotten a good gun, done nothing else with the BoS then, when the Prydwen Arrives, talk to Paladin Danse, you'll go aboard the Prydwen, you'll meet Elder Maxson, and then you'll meet the crew of the Prydwen. You'll meet a Proctor Ingram, who will then gift you with a full suit of T-60b Power Armor on a frame.

Another way to get T-60 is if you sneak to the Atom cats garage, there is a set with no helmet but has full atom cat paint^^ its just standing there at the starting line of the race track.

If you have already killed the super mutants and have just killed Kellogg you will have a stealth boy and you can use it than pick pocket the knights fusion core and he will leave his armour

Grab the fusion cores from the Robotics Disposal Grounds, get the frame from the nearby vertiberd wreck then, just run/sneak your way to the Atom Cats Garage, do the pump repair at Warwick, go back and take out the Gunners when they attack (they're leveled to you) and then buy the T-60 pieces from Rowdy. You'll need a fair amount of caps but it shouldn't be too hard to farm some up in the northern areas. Just did this at level 3. Save early, save often.

Or go to the glowing sea and in the abandoned shack to get a small set of X-01 Just be prepared for synths or join the institute early and grab it then, the synths would just leave u alone

Hey another thing i noticed, after the prydwen arrives, u can take out the patrols urself and they wont get mad at u

I remember watching this video a couple years ago and trying to do this. The first time I did this I had a brotherhood knight go full badass and slaughtered all of the super mutants.

dam this game was done so well in 2015, i stayed home faking sick for a week or two playing this game

T-60 is the best set if you include it's appearance. Model D pieces offer great protection and overall it looks better than the X-01.

I tried to chase the Prydwin after clearing out Fort Hagen but it was so damn fast, I kept up with it for a while but then it just charged ahead.

I found the Atom Cats guy scrounging around N or NE of the vault. Stole the fusion core out of it (took about 10 reloads at 6 % lol) and when he hopped out, I waited till he walked away and then I took it. After getting the frame in Concord I transfered the pieces to launder them and I was good to go. All in all I proccured about 15 min after leaving the vault.

Gutted, I cleared out the super mutants before I saw the BOS airship as I hadn't watched this video 😣

no no no no no that's not how you do it the easy way. first go to concord and look for brotherhood of steel members or kill all the raiders. when a member shows up sneak behind him and pickpocket ONLY the power core, then he/she will be forced to get out of their power armor. when you don't see them anymore you then put the the core back in the power armor and immediately fast travel to a location like sanctuary. and you have power armor the REAL easy way.

So if i joined another faction basically i just have to hopefully find a Brotherhood Knight to still be able to have a full set of T - 60 Power Armor?

Power armour is so common in Fallout 4 i've got over 25 suits including my favorite the X-01 suit with jet pack in the red flame paint. Power armour in Fallout 3 and Vegas seemed better as it was rare and felt special when you got it. I rarely use power armour cus i'm in chameleon armour completely undetectable i can crouch near Deathclaws and not get detected so yeah power armour is hyped up too much.

I accidentally cleared that Water treatment plant out of those Mutants before i started this mission, so i decided to kill them by myself, even the copter.

I got this armour from the brotherhood of steal on there ship so easily

I went to this place whare there's this military type headquarters, I think Preston Sends you there, but in there I found a full set of T-51 power armour, and a full set of T-45B a power set inside one of the containers, and the T-51 was inside of some building, and you do need to face against turrets/traps, A Mark 3 Sentry bot, and a powerful Ghoul who possibly used to be the T-51's owner.

or you could just pickpocket the fusion core from paladin danse?

The person in the power suit for mine survived and I tried saying hi to her and she tried to kill me

Alternatively you can just go to the Atom Cats place and steal a complete set of T-60 with the Atom Cats pain job that no one will notice is stolen, then you can just pop the armor onto a frame that you own, like the T-45 you get in the beginning, and you will be able to jump in and out without fear of people attacking you for stealing it "again". And if by chance the AC T-60 is missing any part you can by them with the pain job from the local vendor. Mine was missing the helmet so I bought it off her for 300+ caps.

I beat the game already-just my T-45 is super weak.Obviously you can do this with any brotherhood location.And you get power armour right after you beat Kellogg! It's so simple just not to follow the ship and tp right to Boston airport lol

The knight with the power armor wasn't getting killed so I shot him once in the fusion core and he exploded, but I had no consequences and I joined the brotherhood

you can also get another free set if you go to the ship and talk to proctor she will give you a full t-60 suit

You can also pick pocket their fusion cores, then nab the armor.

Easy/hard way is by exiting the vault, saving, turning off all auto saves, and then repetitively go to one of the random event areas. (There is one at a pylon in the top left corner.) and keep reloading events until you find the atom cat Zeke, you can find him randomly as well. He has a full set of atom cats armor, and if your low level, just save and sneak, then shoot his fusion core. He wont know you did it, so just sneak again, and repeat the process until the core falls out. I would recomend you have a fusion core handy, that way once he exits the suit you can steal it. He is tough though, but after beating him youll have t-60 armor at the very start of your journey. Plus some sweet digs (Including sunglasses) but of course the legs will be blown off but they are easy to repair.

Love how this doesnt happen till you have e the kelogg quest which is by no means early game.

I like the brotherhood of steel a lot but my problem with them is that they hate everything that isn't a pre-war human for example Hancock is great but danse hates him..but why should he hate him if he's not feral Hancock is human..same for strong danse hates strong but strong and a few other mutants in the fallout series still have the ability to reason and they too are human not to mention they were humans before they don't have to kill everything just the FERAL ghouls and deranged super mutants that can't reason but I'll still side with the BoS

Or and bear with me, you could go get an easy set from the atom cats cause they leave one out, I think it's missing a helmet but you can buy one there too, this can be done without stort progress mind you

I helped the brotherhood and we won, but at a cost... to them... I was rolling in caps and was untouchable for most of the game XD I still hate the rad scorpions though.

Or you can steal the fusion core off of the armor bearing BOS guy which will force him to exit the power armor and let you steal it freely without a fight.

It's so sad, I couldn't get a T-60 in that method. Instead of the BOS van, it has a vertbird with gunners inside, totally static. I've reloaded the save 3 times and it repeated.

You can get a full set of t-60 at level 1 from a random encounter outside of concord. You just have to kill the guy duke.

If you have a high pick pocketing skill, I just go up to one of the knights, take their fusion core, forcing them to get out of the armor, then get in it lmao.

2 questions... 1. Wait, I can beat all of these greenbacks but an entire BoS squad with air support cannot? Damn, they suck! 2. Where does the BoS come from? Their airship appears and it is moving west to east. This is obviously a planned move/attack. So where were they before this? What is west of Boston?

I done this method without even knowing about it and I got the T-60 armor for nothing and I have now got 23 T-60 power armors now due to other methods without killing a paladin or knight of the brotherhood 😂

Would it not be much easier to just go to the Atom Cats Garage and take the suit of AC T-60 from the back of the settlement? Even if it doesn't spawn with a helmet Rowdy almost always has some for sale....

aqua boy and atom cats garage. have a character with full t60 atom cats, level 4. loot gold bars in sanctuary, make grape mentats, head to rotten landfill, underwater all the way from there.

I cleared the building FULLY & ENTIRELY I checked everywhere.. I killed everything that was in there and when I emerged on the roof I never got the scene or cinematic that you are now seeing...any ideas as to why? also I was not given super mutants...I was given a crap load of synths...

I went to adom cats garage and stole a full set of t60 armour off the frame of one that had 2 of everything without them knowing, they are still friendly

What if I'm not really following that order and already took out the Supermutants without doing the quests that unlocks the BOS event?

I found out i can destroy the fusion core in the brotherhood power armor with two shots from upgraded Rail way rifle it causes the core to eject and explode without agroing the knight.

Can anyone tell me how i can retrieve the armor when the knight has fallen? The armor is flat on it’s back on the ground and i can’t enter it now

Nah, go to the atom cats straight away. Steal a set by transferring the items and put it on the t-45 frame you got

I don’t need to go to locations to get T-60 power armor because I can just go to the brother hood of steel and steal there armor (I need to join the bos)

fyi the atom cats sell t 60 so you can technically get it as soon as you have enought money to buy it.

i got mine when a bunch of gunners attacked my bros. at atom cats garage and one of the cars blew up good thing i got lotsa steel to do the repairs on dead man dukes armor.

Even simpler way to get T-60 early? Get a LOT of radaway swim through the sea to get to the Atom Cats Garage(Or any prefer way to get there, for me this was the easiest way) there should be at least one entire set of T-60 except the helmet,either way ,you can just buy the helmet its pretty cheap anyway.

ORRRRRRRRRR you can go to the atom cats garage and steal the set that's there and buy the helmet, much easier this way though it could be dangerous venturing there but then again, much,easier this way.

you need to speed up your fallout 4 videos. to get this power armor you can just do the first 2 BoS quests and get Righteous authority in the process.
