"General, Another planet needs your help!" You know what bothered me even more about footsteps? That the enemies can somehow tell its YOU sneaking around, and not the dozen or so of their buddies milling about. Someone needs to fix THAT. lol

I like the addition of modern/semi-modern military vehicles and structures in the Interplay style. New California had it but it felt too modern even though that’s how Fallout is supposed to be; we just only saw the Fallout world from a 1998-2001 perspective when that was a thing. And I should say it’s supposed to be modern but as if technology developed a different way and gave rise to the same advancements but with different flaws missing certain fundamental components we have now and didn’t just stay in a primitive 1950’s atompunk state.

Hey Brandy, wanted to ask if you are ever gonna make a video on how to fix stuff like mod conflicts and stuff (like how do you make a proper load order?)? The reason im asking is because i have autism, and the video you made on Stability issues, and the HUD video made it really easy and digestible to learn. As always thanks for the awesome content!

Loved the FootSteps and the Colt 1911 those are really great. Point Lookout by comparison I was never able to get into. The idea that your character gets 1/2 lobotomized but is "fine" later just never sat well with me.

During your segment on the enemy footsteps, I heard one of the female NPCs say "where that little bitch go?" And when you shot her she made stereotypical female NPC death noise. The reason why I bring it up and this is one you may want to check out and may even do a review on is called die in silence. There's two files, one for male one for female. I'm using the female one as I'm using an EFT mail replacer voice file for making the guys speaking Russian roughly half the time. But die in silence means when they take a shot to the chest or head they don't say a f***ing thing.

That mod does sound cool, but to be fair, it only is really immersive on headshots. People will get hit in the chest and spent 3 minutes on the ground talking shit while they bleed to death. I've seen cats get hit up like that more than once.

What you also get with Project Zeta is an extremely buggy settlement attack system, sadly. Zetans will attack settlements (even Diamond City, tho thankfully this only happens once) and the quest will abruptly "finish", tho still be in your quest log, and you'll have to use console commands to finish it. The plus side is you do get a nice amount of alien weapons from these attacks and I have fun running the battles...it's just a pain in the neck when the quest hangs unfinished and doesn't award you XP. :( The mod page's comments section has all the commands you need to get around this, thankfully. :)

Yo I know u be busy n all but here's a vid idea. Tutorial on "patching" location overhauls with other mods that touch the same area. Ex. Want to use multiple mods that alter vanilla locations for the better but a number of them alter Trudy's Drumlin diner. How to use all of them and choose which overlap I prefer.

I have Ryn's mods installed for Skyrim, dude they made it 100 times better then whatever Bethesda was thinking, especially his standing stones mod. And it works great with Andromeda stones and other overhauls by Enai Saion.

I might be wrong, but it's probably the mod "Double Barrel Rifle", which I just read that it also adds a shotgun with the same model. The animations are the same. By chrislor2882

It's thanks to Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter I got exposed to what the XM8 is. I used to think that was some millenial sci-fi thing until I found out it was a real thing. Being an adult now, it makes me wonder what the rifle could have been had it not been cancelled.

For that Colt mod, someone messed up their model. That's a weird Mashup of the M1911 and the M1911A1. The differences between the two are subtle, but if you're like me you can see the weirdness.

RIP The mod maker of Enemy Footsteps deleted their Nexus account about 4 days ago (8/2/2022) also according to maximnik in the mod's comment section it unfortunately edits npc outfits (I'm assuming the level lists for them?). Theirs a mod called COD Modern Warfare SFX Pack that also ups the footsteps of enemies, _I think_ it just increases the audio rather than mess with the level lists.
