Better to use the resources to build water purifiers, then sell water and you get more caps and also less weight

I only scrapped just so I had an excess of screws and other basic items, which I now realised that before scrapper I was only lacking adhesive and nothing else.

Since you have so many weapons to spare… You should know that dropping them on the ground and scrapping them via the settlement system will give you more room to work with on the build cap. I don’t know if that grants the same rewards as doing it with scrapper, but I digress.
