This is probably the most authentic, unjaded reaction vids on the Fallout the Series I've seen - and I've watched everything in the search. THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT. KZfaqrs, nobody gives a damn about your stupid lore nitpicks & WellActuallys about retcons. I want to see joy, adoration, curiosity & relatable LOVE for the Wasteland, the same way I do. This is legitimately the only vid that had me both in tears & laughter. So wonderful to see someone not doing it for the clicks & content, but purely for the love of the game. I have only one question: Where'd you get your Vault Jumpsuit, Kageric? It's so vivid & awesome.

Everytime I see the moment before being lowered into Vault 111, the proximity of the detonation is terrifying. I don't even know how many times I've been through the opening and it's still panic inducing.

Also gotta say. Noone is pointing it out. But the pregnant eyefork girl also plays her role SO good! Would have loved for her to have a bigger role in this. She is so fallout'y. She was definitely the one character that instantly fit into a fallout vault setting, while still getting a feel for the rest of the characters and the story. Her shape of her belly is even the same shape as in fallout iconry. The colours was the first that made you think "fallout".... She was the first character to make you rly feel "fallout".

Loved the reaction! Great to see another fallout fan. So vault 31, 32, and 33 are all connected. The rest of the show explains why. This vault complex is located in Los Angeles/Santa Monica, California metro area. My favorite quote so far (para phrase a little) "no cousin stuff. It's great for practicing but not for recolinizing the surface " lmao.

As soon as i saw the opening and heard music directly from the game, the food products... every little thing stylistically is perfect... i started laughing gleefully. This show has exceeded my best hopes for how it would be, and blew my actual realistic expectations out of the water. Every single little detail is perfect, and it only gets better as it goes. I watched the full series in 2 days so can't wait to see your continued reacts. When is ep 2 coming out?

You were super cute with how hyped you were getting when you recognised certain things, great reaction video! :) A couple of suggestions though: - Make sure you have your audio/video tracks properly synced, there are a few bits where it was completely out of sync and I almost switched away immediately when they were out of sync at the start of the video (although I'm really glad I didn't!) - Make sure your audio levels are balanced properly, your voice was *very* loud compared to the show audio when you got excited and sounded like it was clipping a bit at times I've watched a whole bunch of reactions so far and yours is one of the best (and most genuine) so keep it up!

That was great! The show has really met all my hopes! Lucy is perfect in the role. So naive, innocent, gullible but still ready to take on the horrors of the wasteland. The BoS is perfectly made. God damn powerarmor is cool! And the ghoul.. Well now, he's just a badass aint he, pardner? Was great to see a super-nerd's reaction to E1! :D Great video Kage! And nice catch with the "Don't lose your head" foreboding. I totally missed that! Get the next video up already!

Something to watch for that you've seen twice already in this episode, Lucy's "Okey-dokey". Every time she says it throughout this season it is in a different situation and evokes a different feeling. One silly little phrase, but it is a tiny example of the great writing and excellent acting that brings it to life. After you've seen the entire season, look up the short on KZfaq, 'Every "Okey Dokey" in Fallout'. It's interesting to see it all again back to back and how different the delivery of each is.

I love this because it brings in and intrigues so many different audiences…but especially people who know nothing about the fallout world. From the intro to the last scene of season 1, it hooks people on so many levels. It’s a rare W in streaming recently.

2:11 The thing is, apart from Rex, all companion dogs are different dogs, but are all named Dogmeat. Dogmeat goes all the way back to the original Fallout in ‘96, where he was a reference to The Road Warrior, one of the Mad Max films.

Great reaction, it's great to see someone watch this who I feel knows enough about the Fallout universe to pick up on how well it's been adapted, like The Last of Us but not Halo. I've been playing F4 again lately, recently finished off what I needed to do in Far Harbour with a vault murder mystery to solve, reached maximum affinity with Old Longfellow to get his perk and then headed straight to Nuka-World with a heavily-armoured Assaultron which had two laser gatling guns instead of hands and forearms for that extra firepower. When I faced Colter, I wanted to see if I could beat him without the Thirst Zapper, because I carry a big stick and wondered if there was unique dialogue if you did (there isn't apparently). I entered V.A.T.S and locked on with my Big Boy, the two-shot Fat Man launcher you can buy in Diamond City, and while in that phase I shot twice but fired x4 mini-nukes and he tanked them all. I was impressed. So I did what Gage told me and used the zapper to short out his power armour and then I made quick work of him with my upgraded/perked out Overseer's Guardian. I now have Porter Gage as a companion while I do "The Grand Tour" and take back areas of Nuka-World to assign to the different raider gangs (I like the Pack least I think, Operators most). Fortunately Gage likes my picking locks so hopefully I can get his perk quickly enough. I claimed Dry Rock Gulch for the Operators in my last session, but did you find the body of that woman in the room to the right of where you find the bloodworm mother? She has a note on her body, which describes how she was a wife, mother, daughter and sister and the raiders took that away from her, but she wasn't giving the raiders or the worms the chance to take her life. It's tragic really. I do plan to turn on the gangs once they've fulfilled their usefulness to me, as in I've got as much XP possible from working with them (without setting up raider camps in the Commonwealth) and to do the Amoral Combat quests because the sixth challenger for that is The Rogue Knight, a Brotherhood Knight who carries the Aeturnus, the laser gatling gun with the never-ending legendary effect so essentially unlimited ammo. I shall exterminate the raiders and liberate Nuka-World. And then I rest, and watch the sun rise over a grateful Commonwealth.

Seeing the Prydwyn's reveal in F4, especially at night, is awesome. Definitely a highlight of that game. But seeing it, even for a moment in this was incredible. It looks identical. Maybe a bit more battle ready (the blimp looking portion looks like it's armoured up more than in game)

Thank you for being the first reaction I've seen that actually knew something about Fallout. I like seeing peoples reactions of things I like but found some others that didn't know how anything about the series difficult.

Something interesting that I don't think anyone noticed about Vault 33. And that is its location. You can see, from the pier, that it is located in Santa Monica. If you Google map the location and angle she sees the pier, Vault 33 must be located under the RAND corporation. If you don't know anything about RAND, look them up.

I’m not sure why everyone was so skeptical that Max hurt Dane. As soon as he gave that look at the guy holding the boot, I was pretty certain. And the interrogation only confirmed it for me.

So BoS training base is in north west Utah on the border with Nevada, there we see both BoS and Commonwealth flags. Prydwen arrives with orders from BoS Commonwealth (FO 4 canon end now obvious) connected to intel BoS intercepted about runaway from the Enclave, while Enclave issued a general bounty for the same person, who is trying to get to Moldaver (leader of the "raid" on Vault 33) in California..

I played like 30 minutes of fallout 3 and it kept crashing so never went back to Fallout. I love the story of Fallout and postapocalyptic stuff in general so I'll probably give it another shot. Love your enthusiasm and background knowledge - puts a smile on my face.

5:13 The scene when he got stabbed to the wall was deleted. The Raider said" Stick around" Hope next season they have Synths show up and we get a clue how Fallout 4 events played out. If that was the Prydwen then we know the BOS won in Fallout 4 and defeated the Institute. Not sure where Elder Maxson is at.

HAH. You having a cosplay vault suit AND immediately recognising sugar bombs.. Well.. now thère's a dead-giveaway You have actually played the games quite seriously. Me, having 407 hours in Fallout 4 alone, I was constantly in awe HOW well the show kept to the lore, made the props exàctly as they should be. Colour palette, set dressing, NOT shying away from the ultra-gore (one of the perks that gave me no end of joy :P ) all top-notch. And the characters? Yup. EVERYONE is actually insane. Everyone in his/her own way. It's everything I only dared dream of.. and they did it, actually did it. Weird and funny as heck too. S2 is going to be even more epic if the "little" hint at the end of ep 8 is any indication. (That critter stìll gets me sweating when encountering it... No weapon èver seems powerful enough to prevent me from getting gutted.. multiple times.. 🤣 )

They completely nailed this show I'm a die hard fallout fan my first was 3 then I asked my cousin for 1 and 2 and I played the rest and fell in love and its cool how it's actually following the games timeline cause 4 and the show are very close in the timeframe and new vegas is close too which happens 15 years before the shows events and u earned a subscriber fellow vault dweller❤🤘

I watched it last week and all this week watched fallout players react to it. I loved it and wanted to see other fans freak out when they see all the details. The tone and the gore are just like the game. I definitely want to see you watch the last episode. You’re jaw will hit the ground. The episodes keep getting better and the story is insane, like a good Fallout game!
