On my first playthrough as soon as I talked/looked at the white glove society I immediately knew it was cannibals. I didn't get the dialogue option to question them but it was obvious. I remember telling my sister this and she just said maybe they're just fancy people. Low and behold when I walk into their freezer and show her the human skulls.

I learned in the old world blues dlc, if you enter the final room with Dr Mobius while under the effects of Alcohol. When he offers you a mentat you can accept, but decline eating it immediately as you dont want to mix the drug with alcohol.

I think the mortimer and majorie one you dont need the perk you just lie to them thats why the canibal box doesnt appear

Cannibalism is one of the most annoying traits for me. I sneak around a lot to snipe my enemies and whenever I'm in sneak mode and looting (which is often), I have to click on wether I want to eat the person before.

One of my favorite roleplaying runs was a paragon good guy, but also a cannibal. I'd make him feed at least every other fight. Nothing is scarier than a good guy with a dark secret lol.

I never used the cannibal park for a thing, i didn't fide myself running out of food so easily but seeing this option just full my point, New Vegas is a fucking masterpiece, every detail, every picking thing you choose to your character indeed make him or her someone not something.

You see, when herbivores spend prolonged periods only eating plants with poor nutritional density, they are deprived of minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron; to compensate for this, they will scavenge for easy prey such as baby birds, rodents, and carcasses- including human- consuming any flesh soft enough to chew and licking bones until they disintegrate. Don't think deer or squirrels won't devour you- they might just be craving you. And don't ever just assume your local vegans aren't suffering from the same carnal cravings that only the sinful flesh and bones of another mortal being can appease. I actually didn't know there were dialogue checks with the cannibal perk Ive never selected that perk in any fallout game that has that perk just find the whole act of cannibalism even in a game very distasteful get it distasteful. Even in 76 if I catch someone eating a corpse it just grosses me out it makes it even worse watching some random player chowing down on some fly ridden corpse and you hear it too my buddy would just randomly equip it just to mess with me I'll peek around the corner to see him hunched over some dead dude munching away to top it all of you can eat other players the depth of this one lone perk is wild

It's a shame there ain't more situations to use it. Like talking to your followers about it or starting a cannibal exclusive hunt for the best meat in the Mojave.

If I had no other choice but to starve, I'd eat someone who died or a raider who attacked me. Although I'd prefer to stick to hunting animals and scavenging pre-war food. That being said, I always kill Mortimer because he's a murderous snob.
