Same here. I will always watch a reaction from them, provided I’ve seen the movie/show. They generally pay attention & pick up on the more subtle things. That often goes a long way towards whether or not I enjoy a reactor.

Music wise.. all that music was used in the games and its actual music from the 40s/50s etc.. I sometime wonder what the Andrews Sisters etc would have thought about their music being used all these years later for post apocalypse storylines

but if you watched closely, before he administered the stim, the was gently stroking CX404's neck. He is a ghoul, but not 100% a monster.

@@paulhewes7333 Also, if you look closely you can see him smiling as soon as he saw that the dog was fine again, a detail i didn't notice until i saw a video of a psychiatrist, who was giving an analysis of The Ghoul's humanity, pointing it out. Like you said, he's not a complete monster.

I was looking forward to seeing you two notice Michael Emerson lol, if you ever want to check out another show he's a lead actor in check out Person of Interest. It's a conspiracy theory ai centered action\drama that was ahead of it's time.

Knowing nothing about the game wasn't a problem for me because of how they shoot this and give you a whole vibe for the episode.

Trivia: "I don't want to set the world on fire" (by the Ink Spots) was originally the song the Interplay devs wanted to use in Fallout 1, but couldn't get the rights and used "Maybe" (again, Ink Spots) instead. Bethesda was able to get it for Fallout 3, so it was used in the trailer and intro. Stimpacks are basically magic. Think of them as the healing potion of Fallout. The Ghoul also healed during the shootout in Filly (named for the landfill it grew from). Eating food (in this case, cherry tomatoes) heals HP in Fallout 3+.

by the way at the end of each episode shows a image of the wasteland that zooms out for a while it has no lore just a cool detail to each episode in the show

Max goes: Tempered Lining (weld and suit reinforcement), and says: does that help with mobility🤦😅 so Titus is like: who the F is this moron? "Clean That". Then jumps few miles before Filly (actually good move when doing search of this type, even if says he wants to shoot something, it is part of the search), but he doesn't mount his sidearm (a mistake), then bear wrecks his main gun, and after winning a boxing match vs irradiated mutant bear, depends on his armed Squire, who instead shooting, is just standing there, as Titus said.. So yeah, Titus was a prick (seemingly by Tempered Lining Armor, well trained and respected prick, who sort of lost his belief in BoS cause), but Max really is a dipsh*t, Titus was not wrong about that 😅

Agreed, that was my biggest problem with Maximus in this series. They clearly have him listed as a low INT character.

Max is a lowest form of a grunt, who has potential obviously, they way he thinks and what he believes is foundation to become way more that "regular soldier", but point is: still there is a process to take, and skipping it, will be potential wasted 🤷 Guys like Elder Cleric Quintus know that.

micheal emerson is one of my favorite actors and if you liked him in lost you are gonna love him in person of interest which I highly recommend and I would love to see you both watch it

I've seen many reactions to this, but I'm so thrilled my favorite reaction channel is continuing this journey! It only gets better! Loved the entire cast, many familiar actors, and some I didn't know, like Ella Purnell (Lucy) who I think is perfect for the role. She is an exceptional actor with perfect "innocent" looks and her American accent is flawless. She is British, born in London. Everyone I've seen reacting to this episode thinks the aircraft parts in Filly were from the space shuttle or were 'space ships'. They're actually three F-4 Phantom II with the tail assembly, wings and engines removed. It was the main fighter aircraft for the US Air Force and Navy through the '60s and started being replaced in the mid '70s. With a different tech history, they must have come along much later in Fallout's history. Looking forward to the next episode!

19:47 Ma June is played by Dale Dickey. She's been in a lot of stuff, but the things people probably remember her most for are as Spooge's wife in "Breaking Bad", Mrs Davis (the mother of the Extremis victim in Rose Hill) in Iron Man 3 and Martha Bozeman in "True Blood". She's a really good character actor.

If you really like Michael Emerson, I'd highly recommend a show called "Person of Interest". Michael Emerson is on of the co-leads. It starts off as a procedural, but becomes a sprawling epic about artificial intelligence. 5 Seasons, 103 episodes, created by the people who produced "Fallout". And it's got a dog (not at the beginning, but there is a dog). Michael Emerson. And a dog. What more can I say?

You just *have* to love how they managed to unobtrusively insert all the world building - I feel that was the chief problem of many previous computer game adaptions: they did not choose the right genre... heck what kind of film do you want to make out of a jump and run? But a RPG... that already has a fully developed world? Way superior preconditions! Best regards Raoul G. Kunz

Every brand of food you see in the show is canon to Fallout. Cram is the Spam of this world, the deviled eggs, everything. The weapons, meds, drugs,power armor...even the sounds things make are from the games.

Since the ghoul has been around, he is max level player and has multiple sets of perks including lead belly so the cherry tomatoes were healing him from the bullets as well as perks in perception, agility, and endurance

Noticed there is more concern fo the dog than humans. Such odd new trend. Like dogs too and dont say Animals are innocent. I lived and cared for Animals on a farm. They are not All Innocent. Mostly what is odd, is what he supposed to do? Let the dog maul him? Would you let a dog maul you or loved one? .. Maybe people can only agree on one thing.. Whatever it is is Not Logical at all...
