Why courts give alimony to wife if after getting alimony wife remarries again. It should be made a law that if wife remarries again after getting the alimony, then she should return the alimony amount with interset..Then only false 498a case can be avoided. Because the main motive of wife is to get the money and after getting the money she remarries..This proves the loose character of wife..

Bro we are living in india and indian law is made for only women's. Can you saw me a law that is protect males against women in india ? Never cause the law is made for only female protection. A girl can file any false case on you and all society, law, police accepted it that you are criminal. Then you may go to jail or be fined a huge amount to your wife or any girl that you never earn in your life though

Mere upar bhi 498a FIR suggestio hua in Kolkata.... I live in pune... Kolkata se FIR pune police station transfer hua... Police did some investigation in my society, unko sab positive mila mere bare me... My Lawyer in Kolkata saying ask fir no. From police coz Kolkata me bail apply karna padega n case yaha pe chalega...pune Police saying don't worry for bail we will not arrest you and case pune ke family court pe chalega... Now I am fully confused... Any suggestion?
