Trail notes:
Trailhead is ~4 miles south from the parking lot in Back Bay Wildlife Refuge, Virginia Beach, VA. The trailhead is only accessible by foot or bike.
~6.2 miles one way. First ~4.5 miles mostly gravel. Last 1.7 miles mix of gravel, sand/deep sand.
Surface: 85% Gravel/15% Sand
Elevation: Flat (less than 25ft of elevation per mile)

Thanks for the video! I've got a mountain bike with 3" tires, and was curious what the terrain was like- looking to ride from Virginia Beach all the way to Corolla NC

Hey man how did this go? I'm planning on doing something similar Norfolk VA to haterus island all on the coast.i also have 3 inch tires
